chemistry.jpgI posted a few days ago about Cutting Out The Complications when it comes to your online business.  I also sent a newsletter out on the same topic and got lots of great responses.

So today I wanted to give you a bit of a formula to use to keep moving forward and start cutting out the projects and tasks that just eat up your time.

Last week you should have looked at everything your doing and figured out what is really making you money. Now that you have that information the next step is to apply the formula.

Here it is:

Stop doing the things that don’t work.

Ok, it’s not rocket science for sure, but I’m hoping that put simply this will help. It’s so easy to get caught up in all the things you hear that you should be doing for your business that you forget WHY you’re actually doing them. Some of us think we have to answer emails all day long, or we should be posting on forums, or creating pages on social networking sites.

Whatever it is you’re doing right now that’s not working (and you know you’re doing something), stop it. ;)
